🚀 Getting Started
How do I create an account?
Visit the login page and click "Register" tab. Fill in your Name, Mobile Number, Email, and Password. Your account is created instantly and you'll be redirected to the dashboard.
How do I navigate the platform?
Use the left sidebar to switch between Dashboard, Current Affairs, Mock Tests, GK Tests, Bookmarks, Performance, and Reports. The top header has search, theme toggle (dark/light), notifications, and your profile menu.
How do I switch between dark and light mode?
Click the ☀️/🌙 toggle button in the top-right corner of the header. Your preference is saved automatically and persists across sessions.
📝 Tests & Exams
How do I start a test?
Go to Mock Tests or Current Affairs from the sidebar, find a test, and click "Start Test Now". You'll enter the test engine with a timer, question navigator, and bookmarking tools.
Can I pause a test?
Yes! Click the "⏸ Pause" button during a test. The timer stops and questions are hidden. Click "▶ Resume" to continue.
How do I bookmark a question?
Click the 🔖 Bookmark or 🚩 Review button on any question. The question navigator shows colored dots — orange for review, blue for bookmarked.

I forgot my password
On the login page, click "Forgot password?" → enter email → receive 6-digit OTP → verify → set new password. Code expires in 10 minutes.
How many devices can I use?
Up to 3 devices by default. If you've hit the limit and need an older device removed, please contact support — an admin can reset your devices for you.
Can I change my Pro subscription plan?
Yes! You can upgrade or downgrade your plan anytime. Upgrades take effect immediately. Downgrades apply at the end of your current billing cycle. Note: no refunds are issued for purchased subscriptions — but you can always switch to a different plan.
Is there a refund policy?
No refunds are provided once a subscription is purchased. We recommend trying the free tier first before upgrading. If you face billing issues, contact support — we can help with plan adjustments or credits.
🔧 Technical Issues
Pages aren't loading properly
1) Hard refresh (Ctrl+Shift+R), 2) Clear browser cache, 3) Disable extensions, 4) Try different browser. If issue persists, contact support with a screenshot.
Is there a mobile app?
The platform is fully responsive. For an app-like experience, in Chrome tap ⋮ → Add to Home Screen.
